This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and oversee deployment strategies, milestones, and timelines in alignment with the scope of work.
• Manage pre-implementation analysis and solution configuration in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and lead deployment initiatives, encompassing validation, training, and support during the soft launch.
• Document every phase of the deployment process and ensure accurate project record-keeping.
• Establish trust-based relationships with client stakeholders.
• Address and resolve issues reported through Customer Support.
• Collect feedback during and after deployment to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to promote solution adoption and utilization.
• Identify opportunities for deeper engagement or optimization of product use.
• Serve as the liaison between client teams and internal resources.
• Contribute to post-mortem evaluations, knowledge sharing, and the ongoing enhancement of deployment tools and processes.
• Lead the successful rollouts of Ariane’s guest-facing hospitality technologies while providing ongoing customer support throughout Europe.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT, information systems, or a related area.
• 3 years of experience in account or relationship management.
• High school diploma is necessary.
• A college diploma in computer science or a related field is preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Windows, PC hardware/components, and networking.
• Basic familiarity with Oracle Opera PMS or other property management systems is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of access control systems, including Dormakaba and Assa Abloy, is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate as a team player.
• Bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
• International exposure.
