📋 Description

• Develop, present, and thoroughly explain detailed dental treatment plans to patients on behalf of both providers, outlining procedures, appointment schedules, and financial expectations.

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, follow up on suggested treatment plans, and reconnect with unscheduled treatment leads.

• Arrange, confirm, and manage complex appointments across the calendars of two providers to enhance daily clinic efficiency and reduce downtime.

• Assist patients throughout initial consultations and follow-up care with a friendly, professional, and persuasive approach.

• Keep precise patient notes, monitor treatment plan acceptances, and ensure patient records are current within Dentrix and Google Workspace.

⛳️ Requirements

• Dentrix Experience Required: Direct experience in navigating and managing patient records, charting, and scheduling using Dentrix.

• High-Volume Phone Comfort: Demonstrated ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining an optimistic, compassionate, and professional attitude.

• Bilingual Capability: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential (the client is willing to consider both fully bilingual and native English-speaking candidates).

• Treatment Coordination Skills: Strong grasp of dental terminology and treatment sequencing, with the capability to clearly explain procedures to patients.

• Schedule & Availability: Must be available full-time, Monday – Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

• Remote Setup: A designated home office with a dependable high-speed internet connection, backup power/internet, and a quiet working environment.
