Dental Treatment Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Reconnect with warm leads who have participated in consultations for high-value elective healthcare procedures but have yet to schedule treatment.

• Conduct structured calls utilizing active listening to uncover barriers related to financial aspects, emotional considerations, timing, family dynamics, or comparisons with other providers.

• Assist patients in taking their next steps without employing aggressive or high-pressure sales techniques.

• Serve as a liaison with client dental and medical practices to address any outstanding nonclinical inquiries.

• Organize financing options and help reschedule appointments.

• Identify clinical inquiries or complex patient needs and escalate them to the practice’s clinical team accordingly.

• Keep comprehensive CRM records of patient interactions, outcomes, and scheduled follow-ups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in patient conversion, acceptance of high-ticket cases, or consultative sales within an elective healthcare context.

• Direct experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Implant Coordinator, Surgical/Plastic Surgery Coordinator, Hair Restoration Consultant, or Fertility Patient Consultant.

• Familiarity with third-party patient financing options, such as CareCredit, LendingClub, or Sunbit.

• Experience in discussing customized payment arrangements.

• Excellent spoken and written English skills.

• Outstanding active listening abilities.

• A warm and empathetic phone demeanor.

• Capability to close high-value cases through trust-building rather than through aggressive sales tactics.

• Preferred: background in dental implant or full-arch case acceptance.

• Preferred: knowledge of healthcare CRMs and practice management software.

• Reliable primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.

• Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps to ensure functionality during power outages.

• Desktop or laptop equipped with an Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or a comparable processor.

• Primary device with a minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Backup device that meets or exceeds Intel Core i3 performance and is operational during power interruptions.

• A functioning webcam.

• Noise-canceling USB headset.
