Dental Lab Technician, Customer Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with doctors in real-time to evaluate and enhance case designs

• Offer expert advice on intricate cases and instill customer confidence in digital tools

• Deliver live clinical support through phone, chat, and video channels

• Address issues, clarify workflows, and provide effective, compassionate customer service

• Act as a liaison between doctors and the Dandy lab teams

• Convert clinical feedback into production outcomes

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a dental technician position

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, specifically with implant and Crown & Bridge cases

• Comprehensive understanding of digital dental workflows, including implant systems, scan bodies, and optimal design practices

• Technically skilled, with the capability to quickly learn and navigate dental design platforms

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clinicians, provide empathetic support, and address complex concerns with professionalism and care

• Prior experience in a customer-facing laboratory role is preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Comfortable engaging live with doctors through chat, phone, or video calls

• Strong independent problem-solving skills and capacity to manage multiple complex discussions simultaneously

• Eagerness to work in a rapidly growing, fully digital lab environment

• Capacity to meet tight deadlines while upholding exceptional quality standards

• Native or near-native fluency in the local market language, with a solid understanding of local dental norms and terminology

• Proficiency in English required for global collaboration
