This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster and cultivate relationships with national, regional, and mid-sized Dental Support Organizations to enhance Guardian's dental network.
• Negotiate provider contracts, reimbursement terms, and network participation agreements while balancing growth with financial objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned DSOs, providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and developing ongoing partnerships.
• Deliver presentations on Guardian's value proposition, products, and network opportunities to the executive leadership of DSOs.
• Collaborate with provider relations, credentialing, compliance, operations, and network management teams.
• Lead initiatives for onboarding and relationship management to boost partner satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee provider network performance, directory accuracy, compliance standards, and utilization trends.
• Assist with re-credentialing, delegated credentialing, quality reviews, audits, and strategic network initiatives.
• Identify market trends, competitive challenges, and emerging DSO opportunities, providing recommendations to leadership.
• Keep accurate records, reporting, and account documentation in CRM systems and internal databases.
• Over 5 years of experience in dental network recruitment, provider relations, provider contracting, or direct sales.
• More than 5 years of experience in a managed care setting working with dental providers.
• Proven experience in negotiating provider contracts and reimbursement arrangements.
• Experience in managing relationships with large dental groups, DSOs, or provider organizations.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel occasionally based on business requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant business experience (preferred).
• Direct experience in DSO recruitment and account management (preferred).
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (preferred).
• Knowledge of dental network operations, credentialing, re-credentialing, and regulatory requirements (preferred).
• Experience in analyzing provider utilization trends and creating action plans (preferred).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
