Demo Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of, tailor, and enhance the scaled demonstration environment infrastructure for the GTM team.

• Create realistic demo data and automate the population of environments.

• Develop vertical- and market-specific demonstrations, incorporating additional languages for international growth.

• Ensure demo readiness for new releases, confirming that features are configured and ready for demonstration prior to general availability.

• Establish templated trial and sandbox environments for prospective clients.

• Keep documentation up to date for demo environments and their functionalities.

• Manage demo readiness as a program, encompassing release preparedness, documentation, and enablement.

• Collaborate with Internal Platform, Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.

• Report to the Global Head of Solutions Engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in working with JSON.

• Experience in calling REST/developer APIs.

• Familiarity with AI tools.

• Scripting skills for configuring and personalizing environments.

• Strong product intuition and the capability to quickly understand a highly configurable product.

• Systems-thinking mindset with a preference for standardization and automation.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a 0→1 role.

• Ability to partner across functions with Engineering and GTM.

• Empathy for go-to-market teams and the Talent Acquisition sector.

• Bonus: experience in building demo environments, demo data, or sandbox/trial environments within a SaaS organization.

• Bonus: automation scripts or tools for generating data or configuring environments at scale.

• Bonus: creation of reusable templated environments or assets.

• Bonus: experience in HR tech, ATS workflows, or recruiting operations.
