Demand Planner OOS/OS Specialist – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Monitor sell-through and inventory levels across Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Wholesale (including Target, Ulta, Walmart), and Amazon to mitigate stockout risks before products reach store shelves.

• Recognize SKUs that are trending towards excess inventory, aging stock, or markdown risks.

• Create and maintain a dynamic risk register.

• Highlight risks along with suggested solutions such as reallocations, expedited orders, or promotional strategies.

• Emphasize Amazon as a crucial sales channel.

• Keep project trackers, including Asana, organized and up-to-date.

• Discover more efficient and quicker methods to identify risks early, utilizing AI-assisted tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or a similar supply chain position.

• Proven ability to identify issues early and propose effective solutions.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Comfortable navigating multiple planning systems.

• Capable of clear and confident communication with warehouse, production, and sales teams.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Target Partners Online, Ulta vendor portal, Walmart Retail Link, or Amazon Vendor Central.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools to identify patterns more rapidly.
