This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Ensure that the 36-month rolling forecast is in precise alignment with regional growth targets.

• Develop and uphold baseline forecasts.

• Serve as the main point of contact between cluster operations and business unit management.

• Facilitate top-tier Sales & Operations (S&OP) processes.

• Engage with promotional demand planners to challenge assumptions and achieve consensus for optimal forecast accuracy.

• Deliver long-term demand visibility to the Supply Team.

• Ensure the integrity of the forecasting system and its reflection of the rolling 36-month demand forecast.

• Assist markets with demand modeling and take ownership of baseline forecast planning.

• Conduct history maintenance, market analysis, and evaluate customer demand and business trends across various aggregation levels.

• Continuously assess market trends, historical data, and other influences to enhance baseline forecasts.

• Sustain a long-term demand outlook that reflects market growth.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize demand forecasts and operational strategies.

• Manage market phase-outs and assist with product discontinuations, SKU rationalization, and E&O reductions.

• Execute continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting forecast accuracy and long-term visibility.

• Construct and validate baseline forecasts, perform root cause analyses on demand issues, and propose lasting solutions.

• Support and align with supply chain initiatives and lean cultural projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.

• Comprehensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative forecasting methodologies, including statistical models and demand planning best practices.

• Familiarity with Sales & Operations Planning, consensus-building, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Capability to interpret market data, customer trends, and macroeconomic elements influencing demand.

• Acquainted with product launches, discontinuations, SKU rationalization, and E&O management.

• Insight into end-to-end supply chain processes and their implications for demand planning.

• Proficient in forecasting.

• Skilled in data analysis and interpretation.

• Strong presentation abilities.

• Competent reporting skills.

• Proficient in English.

• Expertise in Excel.

• Knowledge of PowerBI.

• Familiarity with JDA/Kinaxis.

• Experience with SAP.

• Proficient in PowerPoint.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
