Demand Performance & Analytics Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of performance analysis throughout the entire Lead-to-Order funnel, identifying trends, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Provide executive reporting, leadership dashboards, scorecards, and actionable business insights to senior stakeholders across EMEA.

• Oversee the preparation, validation, and distribution of EMEA Demand Generation reporting, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and visibility of performance outcomes.

• Establish and manage KPIs, reporting standards, benchmarking methodologies, and target-setting processes throughout the region.

• Administer reporting environments such as Tableau, Salesforce reporting, Bowler, and future visibility platforms while promoting automation and enhancing reporting efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance data quality, reporting integrity, customer data visibility, and decision-making across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in business analytics, commercial analytics, revenue operations, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.

• Proficient experience with reporting and analytics tools, including Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce Reporting, and Excel.

• Strong knowledge of demand generation, pipeline management, data management, and Lead-to-Order processes.

• Experience in developing executive-level reporting, dashboards, business reviews, and solutions for performance visibility.

• Proven ability to convert complex datasets into actionable business insights and strategies for performance enhancement.

• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities with a background in collaborating across commercial, operational, IT, and leadership areas.

• Professional fluency in English is required.

• Proficiency in additional European languages is considered an asset.
