This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Prepare polished and accurate demand packages in accordance with firm SOPs, requiring minimal revisions from attorneys.
• Review medical records, bills, liens, treatment histories, and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters to achieve more favorable settlement outcomes.
• Negotiate reductions of medical liens with providers to enhance client recovery.
• Manage the progression of cases through the post-treatment demand phase.
• Document activities, notes, follow-ups, deadlines, and updates in MyCase.
• Adhere to firm SOPs for drafting, document preparation, communication, and case progression.
• Strategically utilize AI tools during review processes while verifying all outputs.
• Prepare organized litigation handoffs in cases where settlement efforts are unsuccessful.
• Direct experience in drafting personal injury demands, conducting settlement negotiations, and managing post-treatment case work.
• Strong negotiation abilities, including the skill to advocate for higher settlement values and navigate challenging conversations.
• Proficiency in reviewing, tracking, and negotiating medical liens.
• Highly organized, self-managing, deadline-oriented, and capable of advancing cases without constant supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Professional interaction with adjusters, medical providers, attorneys, clients, and internal team members.
• Experience with MyCase or a comparable case management system.
• Strategic application of AI tools combined with legal judgment and accuracy verification.
• Professionalism, accountability, dependability, a growth mindset, and a sense of ownership.
• Litigation experience is strongly preferred.
