This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of customer lifecycle demand generation. Develop and manage initiatives that drive demand within our current customer base β focusing on expansion, cross-sell, and adoption strategies across email, in-app, web, and field channels, in collaboration with sales and customer teams.
β’ Work across multiple channels rather than focusing on just one. Enhance and support initiatives across paid, email, events, web, and outbound as team priorities evolve. You will be the go-to person who can improve any channel's program.
β’ Create agentic workflows. Utilize AI tools (Claude Code, agents, internal AI infrastructure) to streamline program execution β including audience building, content creation, signal detection, and campaign quality assurance β treating automation as a primary deliverable rather than a secondary task.
β’ Align programs with the sales process. Convert marketing signals into actionable steps for sales: account coverage, buying indicators, campaign follow-up. Collaborate directly with sales leadership to identify effective strategies.
β’ Assess what truly matters. Equip your programs with the right metrics, provide honest reports on pipeline impact, and discontinue initiatives that are underperforming.
β’ A minimum of 5 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing within a B2B software environment (experience with open source or developer-focused companies is a plus).
β’ Demonstrated versatility: you have executed programs in at least two or three different channels (email/lifecycle, paid, events, web, outbound) and can reference pipeline results for each.
β’ Experience in marketing to existing customers β handling expansion, cross-sell, or customer lifecycle initiatives β rather than solely focusing on new customer acquisition.
β’ Practical experience with AI in your work: you have developed automations or agentic workflows (or are actively progressing towards that), viewing AI as an asset rather than a challenge or mere buzzword.
β’ Proficient with data: you can extract your own metrics, verify their accuracy, and create a program overview that a VP would find reliable.
β’ Strong program management skills β you deliver on schedule, communicate proactively, and collaborate effectively with sales, product marketing, and operations without requiring a coordinator.
β’ 100% Remote, Global Culture
β’ Scaling Organization β Engage in impactful work in a high-growth, continuously evolving environment.
β’ Transparent Communication β Anticipate open decision-making and frequent company-wide updates.
β’ Innovation-Driven β Enjoy autonomy and support to produce excellent work and explore new ideas.
β’ Open Source Roots β Founded on community-driven principles that influence our work culture.
β’ Empowered Teams β A high-trust, low-ego environment that prioritizes results over appearances.
β’ Career Growth Pathways β Clearly defined opportunities for career advancement and development.
β’ Approachable Leadership β Transparent executives who are engaged, visible, and relatable.
β’ Passionate People β Join a team of intelligent, supportive individuals who care deeply about their work.
β’ In-Person onboarding β We aim for you to succeed from day one alongside your fellow new βGrafanistasβ to learn everything about what we do and how we operate.
β’ Balance is Key - We implement a global annual leave policy of 30 days per year. Three days of your annual leave are allocated for Grafana Shutdown Days to ensure the team can truly disconnect. *We will adhere to local legislation where applicable.
