This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Strategically plan, implement, and enhance Programmatic ABM and comprehensive demand generation campaigns targeting the Mid-Market segment.
• Collaborate with segment leaders to ensure extensive campaigns effectively capture Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across various segments and personas.
• Work alongside Content Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing to align content with the buyer journey, identify content gaps, and request necessary collateral.
• Maintain and manage target account lists while applying buyer funnel stages, definitions, and conversion benchmarks to inform targeting and messaging.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations on targeting, list management, campaign setup, and resolving any issues that arise.
• Create campaign and creative briefs that include direction on copy, messaging hierarchy, and design considerations.
• Partner with channel owners to initiate and oversee campaigns across 6sense Display, LinkedIn, various display channels, content syndication, email, web, events/field, and associations.
• Manage the execution of webinars, scheduled sales plays, and direct mail partnerships, including setup, targeting, launch, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure channel execution aligns with campaign messaging and the stages of the buyer journey; make adjustments based on performance metrics and segment feedback.
• Assess channel performance and make budgetary reallocations or adjustments as necessary.
• Integrate testing and iteration cycles into campaigns for continuous improvement.
• Utilize AI tools and agentic workflows to enhance campaign personalization, develop sales plays, and generate insights.
• Collaborate with SDRs, AEs, and sales leadership to ensure alignment of campaigns with sales strategies and pipeline objectives.
• Provide direction on sales targeting, messaging, sales plays, and enablement resources.
• Communicate campaign performance, upcoming initiatives, and suggested actions to sales partners.
• Contribute to weekly sales communications and prepare materials for sales meetings and planning sessions.
• Attend select sales meetings and incorporate feedback from sales into campaign planning.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribution to the pipeline against established goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, and Sales Operations on dashboards, reporting schedules, Outreach dashboards, and Salesforce sales command centers.
• Analyze performance data and suggest reallocations or adjustments where necessary.
• Contribute to weekly updates on Mid-Market metrics and prepare ad-hoc WBR, MBR, and QBR reports for leadership.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign management, or growth marketing, not including internships.
• Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive measurable pipeline contributions beyond events.
• Practical experience with ABM strategies, including 1:Few and 1:Many campaign approaches.
• Experience collaborating with SDRs and AEs to align marketing initiatives with both outbound and inbound efforts.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and Marketo.
• Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance data using Excel/Google Sheets and Tableau to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management capabilities with experience using Asana or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging campaign briefs and sales enablement materials.
• Salesforce expertise is required; experience with Asana, Sendoso or equivalent platforms, and Outreach is also essential.
• Familiarity with Glean and Clay is preferred.
• Preferred locations include Austin, TX; Nashville, TN; or San Francisco, with a requirement for office attendance twice per week; remote work within the USA will be considered for the right candidate.
