This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives aimed at targeted strategic and enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Executives to formulate account strategies, identify buying groups, and customize messaging.
• Organize multi-channel ABM efforts, including tailored advertising, direct mail, executive events, one-on-one outreach, and LinkedIn/social media engagement.
• Lead the email marketing strategy encompassing lead scoring, audience segmentation, nurturing workflows, and lifecycle analysis.
• Design and initiate integrated demand generation campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, and organic channels.
• Oversee campaign frameworks that incorporate buyer personas, customer journeys, offers, and conversion pathways.
• Enhance landing pages, forms, calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead magnets to boost conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Sales on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), lead qualification processes, handoffs, and feedback mechanisms.
• Work with Content, Sales, and subject matter experts to produce assets tailored to various stages of the sales funnel.
• Test and refine channel strategies, messaging, and campaign structures based on performance analytics.
• Evaluate campaign and funnel effectiveness and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Take ownership of reporting on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), pipeline contributions, cost per lead, and return on investment (ROI).
• 4-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Proven experience managing both ABM programs and comprehensive demand generation campaigns.
• Expertise in marketing automation and CRM systems, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Hockeystack, and business intelligence tools.
• Strong grasp of funnel metrics such as MQL, SQL, pipeline, velocity, ROI, and attribution models.
• Experience collaborating with Sales and Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams on account targeting and outbound coordination.
• Excellent project management capabilities and the ability to handle multiple simultaneous campaigns.
• Analytical approach with the ability to convert data into actionable campaign improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to leadership confidently.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with intent data, predictive scoring, or AI-driven personalization tools is beneficial.
• Background in paid media such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Capterra, or Reddit, along with content syndication vendors, is advantageous.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
• Must reside in an Ontario or British Columbia hub, within a 300 km radius of Toronto or Vancouver, or be willing to relocate to an eligible Canadian hub.
