This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement demand generation strategies that align with pipeline, revenue, and growth goals for designated regions, industries, or market segments.
• Design, execute, and refine integrated demand programs utilizing digital campaigns, webinars, nurture programs, account-based marketing (ABM), partner programs, and sales activation efforts.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and automation to enhance efficiency, scalability, targeting, personalization, and overall performance.
• Track pipeline health, campaign outcomes, and conversion metrics.
• Assist in pipeline forecasting and performance assessments by providing actionable insights and data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives, and Partner teams to synchronize demand generation initiatives with business objectives.
• Oversee campaign follow-up activities to facilitate lead advancement and opportunity creation.
• Work alongside Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, Web, Campaigns, and Corporate Marketing teams.
• Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of demand generation efforts.
• Analyze performance metrics related to campaigns, audiences, channels, and pipeline to foster ongoing improvement.
• Lead the development and management of marketing strategies and plans for a go-to-market (GTM) segment or plan area.
• Establish audience-specific and industry-focused thought-leadership strategies.
• Identify and implement major strategic industry events and targeted high-touch supplementary events.
• Review and authorize content strategies and tactics.
• Develop detailed campaign briefs outlining objectives, target audiences, messaging, and creative needs.
• Collaborate with international regional marketers to enhance global engagement and demand.
• Prioritize tasks, resources, and project timelines effectively.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and sales teams.
• Manage demand funnel health and optimize strategies as necessary.
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and track budget and milestones.
• Deliver regular analyses on marketing pipeline contributions.
• Partner with external vendors, agencies, and industry partners.
• Mentor, coach, train, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Share thought leadership, knowledge, and best practices related to market trends.
• Provide insights to leadership on team capabilities and development needs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• At least 3 years in demand generation, revenue marketing, digital marketing, campaign marketing, or ABM.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with Sales or revenue teams to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
• Experience in pipeline reviews, forecasting discussions, account planning, and quarterly business evaluations.
• Proficiency in designing and executing integrated demand generation programs across digital campaigns, ABM, webinars, nurture, partner, and sales activation activities.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and digital marketing technologies.
• Strong communication, project management, analytical skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience with AI and automation tools is advantageous.
• Ability to manage program timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing and presenting performance insights and recommendations.
• Capacity to drive continuous improvement through testing, experimentation, data analysis, and post-campaign evaluations.
• Experience in translating segment, regional, or industry priorities into coordinated marketing programs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
