Demand Generation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Drive high-quality lead generation through various channels and collaborate with sales development and marketing operations to transform leads into a qualified North American new-logo pipeline.

• Implement demand generation strategies utilizing email, webinars or virtual events, content syndication, and third-party programs.

• Leverage data and analytics tools to assess program effectiveness, monitor KPIs, and provide reports to stakeholders.

• Adopt a test-measure-learn methodology to enhance programs and outcomes.

• Establish lead nurturing initiatives throughout the sales funnel.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, and Customer Marketing teams to execute demand generation initiatives.

• Report directly to the Director of Integrated Marketing.

• Contribute to Coupa’s pipeline and revenue objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of B2B enterprise software experience in growth marketing or demand generation.

• Experience in marketing to Procurement or Supply Chain personas is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with funnel metrics and strategies for generating qualified leads and increasing pipeline velocity.

• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Marketo is required.

• Tableau experience is preferred.

• Experience with Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.

• Capability to navigate uncertainty in a fast-paced environment.

• Possess a growth mindset and the agility to adapt to changing opportunities.

• Excellent organizational skills are essential.
