Delivery Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage, optimize, and continually enhance systems that facilitate organizational delivery.

• Act as the primary administrator and technical authority for the delivery platform, showcasing extensive ClickUp knowledge.

• Design, configure, and sustain platform architecture, which includes hierarchy, custom fields, templates, dashboards, forms, permissions, views, and relationships.

• Ensure platform governance, documentation, standards, and overall system integrity are maintained.

• Collaborate with the Head of Delivery to introduce platform enhancements that align with the delivery operating model.

• Assess platform functionalities and propose improvements for usability, scalability, and organizational efficiency.

• Design, implement, and oversee workflow automations.

• Create and manage AI Agents, Skills, and AI-driven workflows.

• Develop and maintain integrations between ClickUp and other business systems.

• Investigate emerging AI and automation capabilities and suggest practical applications within the organization.

• Construct executive dashboards and operational reports to ensure visibility of delivery performance.

• Maintain precise, consistent, and governed operational data for reporting and informed decision-making.

• Convert operational requirements into scalable platform configurations and workflow enhancements.

• Collaborate with Delivery Leads and business stakeholders to refine workflows, reporting, and system engagement.

• Identify opportunities to enhance organizational execution through tools, automation, and operational practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience administering ClickUp within a medium or large organization.

• Expert-level knowledge of ClickUp architecture, including hierarchy, dashboards, automations, custom fields, permissions, templates, forms, relationships, and reporting.

• Proficient in designing workflow automations, AI Agents, Skills, and system integrations.

• Strong systems thinking aptitude, capable of designing scalable operational workflows and enhancing business processes.

• Experience in developing executive dashboards and utilizing operational data to influence decision-making.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and documentation abilities.

• Capacity to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while independently managing multiple priorities.

• Preferred: Background in supporting Delivery, PMO, Product Operations, Business Operations, or Program Management teams.

• Preferred: Experience integrating ClickUp with third-party platforms utilizing APIs or automation tools.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Agile software development and portfolio management methodologies.

• Preferred: Familiarity with SQL, scripting, business intelligence platforms, or advanced reporting tools.

• Preferred: Experience in implementing AI-enabled operational processes.

• Must be permanently based in the United States.

• Must possess the legal right to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship.
