
Delivery Manager, OneStream Partner Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guide partners throughout the build phase by providing examples of application artifacts.
• Offer technical expertise and architectural direction during significant project milestones.
• Share personal and project updates with OneStream Alliances, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams on ServiceNow cases related to application design.
• Conduct health checks and reviews of applications to assess performance.
• Assist product teams in sourcing, developing, and testing new features and functionalities.
• Engage in the Partner OneCommunity Forum by reviewing posts and providing responses.
• Facilitate the distribution of project templates to ensure partner project readiness.
• Dedicate oneself to becoming a subject matter expert in relevant areas.
• Perform additional ad hoc tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Work both independently and collaboratively, while proactively managing tasks and escalating as necessary.
• Support the growth and health of the partner community, contributing to customer satisfaction, operational enhancements, and profitability.
• Bachelor’s degree in areas such as Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience.
• 4-7 years of CPM/EPM experience, which includes 1–3 years of experience with OneStream.
• Experience in contributing to OneStream or similar EPM implementations.
• Hands-on experience with the delivery of build workstreams.
• Involvement in engagement scoping activities.
• Exposure to solution architecture under the mentorship of senior delivery personnel.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Programming experience in multiple languages.
• Knowledge of accounting processes and financial planning & analysis.
• Excellent technical skills related to product implementation.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of consolidation and planning functions/processes.
• Ability to discuss processes and design in at least one area of consolidation or planning.
• Capability to address intermediate-level core product questions concerning cube design, dimension/metadata build, member formulas/calculations, custom business rules/calculations, data sources and transformation rules, dashboards, workflows, and security design/build.
• Ability to act as a subject matter expert in at least one or more platform areas.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
