Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery management process, acting as the main point of contact between business and technology teams.

• Track and evaluate agile flow metrics, including Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and Work In Progress (WIP).

• Coordinate dependencies among various teams and keep stakeholders updated on project status, risks, and advancements.

• Organize production deployments, which encompass risk assessments, contingency plans, rollback strategies, timelines, and change governance.

• Evaluate the technical viability, effort, impact, and financial estimates associated with new projects, products, and services.

• Assist in prioritization, planning, and decision-making processes to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Promote continuous enhancements in delivery processes and team productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a similar discipline.

• Extensive experience in technology project, product, or operations management.

• Proficient understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).

• Familiarity with flow metrics and capacity management.

• Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and change management principles.

• Experience in planning and coordinating deployments within production environments.

• Capability to perform technical and financial feasibility analyses.

• Proven experience in managing executive stakeholders and business teams.
