Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and oversee the delivery of customer solutions ranging from small to large and complex in nature.

• Coordinate efforts between internal GTT Service Delivery teams and external third-party service delivery partners.

• Actively support and collaborate with the customer's project team.

• Serve as the main point of contact for all project deliverables.

• Ensure that quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines are met using the GTT Project Management methodology.

• Report to the Manager of Project Management.

• Engage with the Service Delivery Coordinator, Order Assurance, Design and Software Engineering, Sales, Sales Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and Product Managers.

• Oversee multiple projects across different product lines.

• Manage projects from the initiation phase all the way through to Customer Operations.

• Establish and oversee virtual project teams.

• Handle project communications efficiently.

• Conduct weekly internal and external customer calls, as well as monthly face-to-face meetings with customers.

• Provide weekly internal and external updates on project status.

• Create and maintain Project Initiation Documents, detailing project scope and essential customer success factors.

• Monitor project progress using a tracker, MS Project, and GTT Project Management Methodology.

• Identify and manage risks, issues, actions, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

• Track costs, budgets, and forecasts, including anticipated charges and revenues.

• Comply with GTT’s Change Control Procedure.

• Report time spent in relation to what was sold to the customer.

• Conduct regular Gate Control Checks with the manager to uphold quality standards and enhance project methodologies.
