Delivery Lead – Core Finance Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients early in the program lifecycle, prior to contract signing, to define scope, align stakeholders, and establish a foundation for successful delivery.

• Assume complete ownership of large-scale lending transformation initiatives with Finance clients.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with senior and C-level client stakeholders, serving as the main point of accountability throughout the engagement.

• Develop tailored client solutions that address strategic objectives and convert business requirements into actionable delivery roadmaps.

• Ensure timely program delivery, within budget, and to a quality standard that enhances SAP Fioneer's reputation.

• Build, nurture, and lead high-performing delivery teams.

• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ongoing learning.

• Collaborate with product, architecture, and sales teams to ensure solutions are both technically robust and commercially viable.

• Identify and proactively manage delivery risks across programs, escalating as necessary with clear mitigation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering large-scale lending technology programs in North America, particularly with a focus on core Finance software.

• Strong track record in end-to-end program management from initial scoping to go-live, with full accountability for quality, scope, and budget.

• Experience in building and leading high-performing delivery teams in complex, cross-functional settings.

• Demonstrated ability to engage and align C-level stakeholders, combining strategic advisory skills with hands-on delivery ownership.

• Comprehensive understanding of lending architecture, system integration, and cloud-based platform design.

• Experience with core banking or lending platforms; knowledge of SAP Fioneer solutions is a significant advantage.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a dynamic, lean organization where initiative and judgment are essential.

• Willingness to travel extensively throughout North America.
