Delivery Lead, Business Analyst Stream – Finance – D365

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts on Dynamics 365 projects.

• Facilitate the gathering of business requirements and ensure clarity of understanding.

• Supervise functional design and maintain the quality of deliverables.

• Establish and track priorities aligned with project goals and client expectations.

• Act as the liaison between business, functional, and technical teams.

• Participate in solution decisions and critically evaluate requirements to enhance delivered value.

• Support overall delivery management, encompassing planning, risk management, and quality assurance.

• Assist in testing, deployment, and change management efforts.

• Engage in client relationships and attend project governance meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Proven experience in leading a team or coordinating functional activities.

• Strong expertise in one or more of the following domains: Finance, Supply Chain (Trade & Logistics), Manufacturing, or Project Accounting.

• Experience in managing large-scale ERP transformation projects.

• Ability to thrive in complex, international settings.

• Natural leadership abilities and a talent for uniting teams.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Proficiency in both French and English.
