Delivery Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete delivery process for extensive digital transformation initiatives and managed services projects.

• Ensure exceptional delivery across programs related to Application Development, Cloud, Data, AI, Integration, and Digital Experience.

• Drive program governance, maintain quality assurance, manage risks, and enhance operational performance.

• Lead multi-vendor and geographically dispersed delivery teams across Australia and offshore locations.

• Serve as a senior trusted advisor for client executives.

• Facilitate Steering Committee and Executive Governance meetings.

• Manage stakeholder expectations, escalation processes, and business outcomes.

• Enhance customer satisfaction and foster relationship growth.

• Take responsibility for portfolio P&L, revenue management, margin control, and forecasting.

• Promote productivity enhancements and cost optimization strategies.

• Oversee commercial obligations, contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and change requests.

• Guide delivery managers, project managers, architects, and engineering teams.

• Drive talent strategy, workforce planning, succession planning, and capability enhancement.

• Build high-performing teams dedicated to delivery excellence.

• Lead the adoption of Cloud, Data, AI/GenAI, Automation, and Modern Engineering methodologies.

• Collaborate with clients to outline transformation roadmaps and realize business value.

• Foster innovation and identify delivery-led sales opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with governance, security, privacy, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in IT Services, Digital Transformation, Application Development, Cloud, Data, and Delivery Management.

• Expertise in the Financial Services domain.

• Experience in a global, matrix, onshore and offshore delivery model.

• Ideally located in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.
