This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Establish and nurture high-level relationships across the entire dealership.
• Gain insight into dealer partners' objectives, challenges, market dynamics, competitors, and trends within the automotive industry.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through coaching, training, and consultation.
• Travel as necessary within the designated territory.
• Strategically execute software platform processes in collaboration with executive management, floor management, and various dealership departments.
• Oversee daily dealer relationships, promoting product adoption and consistent usage.
• Implement launch planning and manage the execution of product implementation.
• Provide initial and ongoing dealer training through regular monthly performance assessments.
• Act as the primary contact for dealership-related issues and follow up on escalated matters.
• Introduce product best practices within client organizations and assist regional team members.
• Communicate and facilitate the implementation of product updates, new features, and releases.
• Cover a specified geographical area as part of a broader team reporting to a Director of Dealer Relations.
• Maintain a portfolio of 20+ accounts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or customer service within a luxury automotive retail setting.
• Extensive experience with CRM tools and a comfort level with technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Sound business and financial understanding.
• Capability to build rapport and cultivate meaningful relationships with clients.
• Proficient negotiation skills.
• Ability to solicit feedback, ask clarifying questions, and resolve conflicts in a non-confrontational manner.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a larger team.
• Skill to schedule and prioritize tasks effectively.
• This position requires 80%-100% travel within the region and nationally as needed.
