This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Cultivate strong relationships across dealership networks.
• Gain insights into dealer partners' objectives, challenges, market dynamics, competitors, and automotive industry trends.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through mentorship, training, and advisory support.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of the company's software platform, its services, and technical capabilities.
• Strategically implement processes and guide executive management, floor management, and other dealership departments on optimal product utilization.
• Oversee daily dealer relationships while promoting product adoption and continuous usage.
• Execute launch strategies and manage product rollout effectively.
• Provide initial and ongoing dealer training through regular monthly performance evaluations.
• Act as the primary contact for dealership-related issues and follow up on escalated matters.
• Introduce product best practices into client organizations and offer support to regional team members.
• Communicate and implement product updates, new features, and releases promptly.
• Cover a designated geographical area as part of a larger team, reporting to the Director of Dealer Relations.
• Maintain over 20 accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or customer service within a luxury automotive retail environment.
• Extensive experience with CRM tools and comfort with technology.
• Familiarity with the daily operations of automotive dealerships.
• Willingness to travel as necessary within the assigned territory.
• Capability to navigate ambiguity and think on your feet.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong business and financial understanding.
• Proficient at building rapport and nurturing significant client relationships.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• Competence in soliciting feedback, asking clarifying questions, and resolving conflicts amicably.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a larger team.
• Skillful in scheduling and prioritizing tasks.
• Capability to evaluate performance and adjust work methods to achieve improved outcomes.
• Willingness to travel 25% within the region and nationally as required.
• Valid driver’s license without restrictions.
