This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Establish and maintain high-level relationships across the dealership.
• Gain insights into dealer partners’ objectives, challenges, markets, competitors, and automotive industry trends.
• Deliver customer service through coaching, training, and consultation.
• Utilize software platform and service expertise to implement processes and ensure proper dealership usage.
• Oversee daily dealer relationships while promoting product adoption and sustained usage.
• Plan and execute product launches and manage implementation efforts.
• Provide initial and ongoing training to dealers, including regular monthly performance evaluations.
• Act as the primary contact for dealership concerns and follow up on escalated issues.
• Introduce product best practices within client organizations and uphold the company’s value proposition.
• Communicate and implement product updates, new features, and releases within accounts.
• Cover a designated geographical area as part of a larger team reporting to a Director of Dealer Relations.
• Maintain a portfolio of 20+ accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or customer service within a luxury automotive retail environment.
• Extensive experience with CRM tools and proficiency with technology.
• Willingness to travel as necessary within the designated territory.
• Ability to think on your feet and navigate ambiguity effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong business and financial understanding.
• Capability to build rapport and foster meaningful client relationships.
• Proficient negotiation abilities.
• Skill in soliciting feedback, asking clarifying questions, and resolving issues non-confrontationally.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team.
• Competence in scheduling and prioritizing tasks.
• Capacity to evaluate performance and adapt work for improved results.
• Willingness to travel 25% within the region and nationally as required.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license is mandatory.
