This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Establish and nurture high-level relationships across dealerships
• Gain insight into dealer partners’ objectives, challenges, market dynamics, competitors, and trends in the automotive industry
• Deliver exceptional customer service through coaching, training, and consultation
• Utilize knowledge of automotive dealership operations
• Travel as required within the specified territory
• Comprehend the functionalities of the software platform and associated services
• Implement processes and advise dealership executive management, floor management, and other departments on effective product usage
• Oversee daily dealer relationships and advocate for product adoption and continuous usage
• Plan and execute product launches and manage implementation
• Provide initial and ongoing training to dealers and regional teams through regular monthly performance visits
• Act as the primary contact for dealership issues and follow up on escalated matters
• Share product best practices with client organizations and regional colleagues
• Communicate and implement updates, features, and changes to products promptly
• Cover a specific geographical area as part of a larger team reporting to the Director of Dealer Relations
• Maintain over 20 accounts
• Preferred location - South Florida
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or customer service within a luxury automotive retail setting
• Extensive experience with CRM tools and a strong comfort level with technology
• Ability to think on your feet and navigate ambiguity effectively
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Capacity to build rapport and cultivate meaningful client relationships
• Proficient negotiation skills
• Capability to solicit feedback, ask clarifying questions, and resolve issues in a non-confrontational manner
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a larger team
• Skill in scheduling and prioritizing tasks
• Competence in assessing performance and adjusting work to achieve improved outcomes
• Willingness to travel 25% within the region and nationally as required
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions is mandatory
