This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership partners, ranging from Dealer Principals to Service Managers.
• Oversee the onboarding process, offer proactive assistance, and provide continuous training.
• Act as the primary representative of BizzyCar for dealership teams.
• Manage product implementations and communicate new features and updates effectively.
• Ensure that BizzyCar software aligns with dealership workflows to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and assist dealerships in reaching their objectives.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and contract renewals.
• Promote dealership referrals and utilize success stories for better outreach.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the dealer experience.
• Track account health using tools like HubSpot.
• Proactively tackle account challenges to support retention efforts.
• Analyze performance metrics of dealerships and offer actionable insights.
• Report on key performance indicators that contribute to the growth of the company.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or service, ideally in a retail setting.
• Experience in automotive dealership or automotive technology is essential.
• A proven history in franchise dealership operations or selling integrated solutions to dealerships is required.
• Experience in account risk mitigation or save motion is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools is expected.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate product features into success stories for dealerships.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities are crucial.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience in negotiating win-win solutions and managing complex accounts is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel up to 75-100%, including overnight trips.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Availability to work extended hours and be on-call when necessary.
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Completion of Form I-9 and presentation of unexpired employment authorization documents is mandatory.
