This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
β’ Assist sales teams throughout the deal lifecycle, which includes creating quotes, obtaining approvals, routing contracts, and booking orders.
β’ Ensure that deals adhere to internal policies, pricing standards, and legal regulations.
β’ Oversee the deal desk queue and act as the main point of contact for deal-related inquiries in the EMEA and APAC regions.
β’ Serve as a subject matter expert on order management tools like Salesforce, DocuSign, and Ironclad, providing support for administration and end-user training.
β’ Examine executed contracts for precision and compliance, ensuring that all necessary information for order submission and revenue recognition is accurately recorded.
β’ Collaborate with Legal and Finance departments to enhance and maintain templates and workflows for quotes, contracts, and order forms.
β’ Manage non-standard deal-related requests between the Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal teams.
β’ Work with RevOps to automate and scale the quoting and contracting processes.
β’ Create and conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for Sales and Customer Success regarding deal desk tools and best practices.
β’ Generate and update documentation for quoting and contracting procedures.
β’ Identify friction points in the quote-to-close process and suggest improvements to enhance deal velocity.
β’ Collaborate with various departments on contract and pricing strategies.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a comparable role within a B2B SaaS setting.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of SaaS pricing models, sales methodologies (including New Business, Renewals, and Expansions), and order-to-cash processes.
β’ Practical experience with CRM and CPQ systems, with Salesforce being strongly preferred; familiarity with DocuSign, Ironclad, Dealhub, or similar platforms is advantageous.
β’ Detail-oriented with robust organizational and analytical capabilities.
β’ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.
β’ Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth global setting with shifting processes.
β’ Self-motivated individual with a commitment to enhancing systems and aiding teams in improving their efficiency.
β’ Preferred: experience in scaling deal desk operations in a startup or rapidly growing environment.
β’ Preferred: knowledge of international deal structures and multi-currency quoting.
β’ Preferred: familiarity with hardware infrastructure sales and procurement through OEMs.
β’ Preferred: understanding of software license agreements, MSA/SOW documents, and SaaS compliance terms.
