This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Oversee deal-desk intake and manage the tracking of requests, documents, approvals, ownership, customer actions, and target timelines.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to create standard quotes and commercial documents utilizing approved pricing, templates, service tiers, and cloud-reseller agreements.
• Facilitate the development of professional-services Statements of Work (SOW) in coordination with Sales, technical teams, and Professional Services.
• Accurately document the agreed project scope, deliverables, milestones, assumptions, dependencies, customer responsibilities, acceptance criteria, timeline, staffing inputs, and pricing in each SOW.
• Review professional-services SOWs to ensure completeness, consistency, delivery-owner approval, and that they reflect the agreed scope or any commercial changes prior to signing.
• Draft and revise order forms, SOWs, amendments, change orders, renewals, repricing, and cancellation documents.
• Verify scope, pricing, billing, dates, responsibilities, and signature requirements.
• Direct nonstandard pricing, contract language, security terms, and scope inquiries to the appropriate Finance, Legal, Security/Compliance, Delivery, or Sales leadership.
• Monitor redlines, versions, approvals, and electronic signatures, following up to ensure deals progress smoothly.
• Keep organized deal files and maintain accurate records of opportunities, quotes, contracts, orders, subscriptions, and renewals within Salesforce.
• Prepare and audit closed-won documentation for onboarding, billing, and customer-success handover.
• Confirm that final documents align with the approved deal.
• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Legal Studies, or a related area; equivalent relevant experience may be accepted.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, contracts administration, order management, legal operations, customer operations, or a comparable coordination role.
• Background in preparing or managing quotes, contracts, SOWs, order forms, renewals, amendments, change orders, or electronic-signature workflows.
• Excellent organizational skills, follow-through, communication abilities, and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience with CPQ, contract lifecycle management, document repositories, or electronic-signature tools.
• Understanding of managed services, professional-services scoping, AWS/Azure/GCP resale or marketplace programs, recurring services, or usage-based billing.
• Exposure to direct, channel, or partner-led B2B technology sales and review of professional-services SOWs.
• Ability to work remotely within the US or Canada.
