Database Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the database layer administration

• Conduct testing for backup and restoration processes

• Optimize database performance and manage capacity

• Evaluate compatibility of patches

• Provide support for Oracle Database 19c within EBS R12.2.9 utilizing CDB architecture with a solitary PDB

• Utilize tools such as Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle TFA, CommVault, Oracle Key Vault, TOAD, and SQL Developer

• Engage in performance tuning and tablespace administration

• Execute quarterly CPU/PSU updates

• Collaborate with Oracle AI Database 26ai for EBS on Exadata or OCI

• Support Autonomous Database frameworks, Zero Downtime Migration, and AutoUpgrade from 19c

• Oversee deployments on Exadata Cloud Service and OCI Base Database

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Oracle Database

• Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)

• Must be a US Citizen

• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future

• Possession of Public Trust clearance level
