This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct continuous assessments of data quality to uncover inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and absent information.

• Verify data across various reports, dashboards, databases, and source systems.

• Track data quality metrics and suggest corrective measures.

• Reconcile data among ERP, CRM, data warehouses, and other enterprise systems.

• Assist in carrying out regular data audits and validation processes.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to create, document, and implement enterprise data governance policies.

• Record data lineage, ownership, definitions, and usage guidelines.

• Ensure that metadata is kept up-to-date as systems, processes, and reporting needs change.

• Help users comprehend available data assets and business definitions.

• Maintain documentation related to enterprise KPIs, metrics, and reporting calculations.

• Aid in governance assessments of essential reports and dashboards.

• Act as a reliable resource for inquiries related to data and definitions.

• Work closely with business process owners, data engineers, analysts, and application teams to guarantee data integrity, thorough documentation, and alignment with business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business systems, master data management, or a similar field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in handling business data and reporting processes.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.

• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Dynamics, SyteLine, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems in a manufacturing context.

• Familiarity with data governance principles and frameworks.

• Proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Basic knowledge of SQL and understanding of relational databases.

• Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.

• Experience in documenting business processes and data definitions.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
