Data Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop impactful analyses, dashboards, and reports by identifying trends and opportunities.

• Ensure data integrity and quality by identifying and resolving issues related to data collection and modeling.

• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and various departments.

• Participate in or lead initiatives that promote a data-driven culture.

• Create and manage dashboards to track metrics and KPIs.

• Analyze data to uncover trends and generate actionable insights.

• Contribute to the process of data modeling.

• Facilitate discussions on business rules and the upkeep of strategic KPIs.

• Investigate and recommend data-driven solutions to business challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Experience with a programming language such as Python or R.

• Strong analytical skills, including a foundational understanding of statistics.

• Knowledge of data modeling concepts.

• Familiarity with a data visualization tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Metabase).

• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
