This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee backend dimensions such as GL codes, departments, and projects to ensure precise invoice coding.
• Establish and manage electronic payment profiles, including ACH, while verifying and securing banking information.
• Conduct Item Validation mapping for line-item data.
• Configure, test, and maintain EDI connections among Ottimate, clients, and vendor partners.
• Map data fields to ensure invoices and credits, including 810 transaction sets, translate accurately between systems.
• Supervise daily EDI transmissions and address any failed or rejected transactions.
• Resolve data mismatches utilizing SQL or other data-querying tools.
• Onboard vendors onto EDI and execute test transactions prior to go-live.
• Collaborate with vendors, customers, engineering, technical support, and data operations teams.
• Document EDI specifications, mapping guides, vendor requirements, client configurations, and EDI logic.
• Perform bulk data uploads, scrubbing, normalization, and upkeep of vendor lists and charts of accounts.
• Carry out statement reconciliation audits and address discrepancies.
• Ensure data accuracy across active client environments.
• Execute ongoing AP processing tasks in Ottimate Concierge environments.
• Identify inefficiencies in Concierge workflows and propose process enhancements.
• Collaborate on the operational design and scoping of new Concierge engagements.
• Contribute to a scalable operational playbook as the Concierge model evolves.
• Act as the super-user resource for technical, configuration, and EDI inquiries.
• Partner with Solution Architects and Enablement Consultants on intricate client configurations.
• Develop technical documentation and configuration guides.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in data operations, technical implementation, ERP administration, or fintech support roles.
• 2 to 3 years of practical EDI connection experience, or equivalent expertise in a similar integration-focused position.
• Knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12) and transaction sets (e.g., 810 invoice); comfortable working with flat files as an EDI alternative.
• Direct experience with data mapping, bulk data management, or system configuration in a SaaS or financial operations context.
• Proven experience working across multiple client environments and vendor connections simultaneously.
• SQL or data-querying abilities adequate to trace issues through a data pipeline.
• Precision-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Process-driven approach with the skill to document repeatable workflows.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and incomplete information comfortably.
