📋 Description

• Design and oversee search recommendation services and models that bolster the content team, facilitating the development of the content ecosystem.

• Implement machine learning-based personalization techniques, design patterns, and tools to improve the efficiency of content matching and distribution.

• Leverage expertise in recommendation systems within the content sector and business acumen to propel AI product enhancements and elevate content experiences along with business results.

• Spearhead the development of essential content recommendation modules employing data-driven methods to optimize content value and user engagement.

• Work in tandem with content, business, and product management teams to pinpoint needs and opportunities within content scenarios, collaboratively establishing success metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics, with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent industry experience (experience in the content sector is preferred).

• Robust hands-on experience with leading machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Background in large-scale application development, ideally within content-related user-facing applications.

• Exceptional cross-team collaboration abilities with a proven track record of working effectively with global content teams.

• A publication record at prestigious conferences or journals is an added advantage.
