Data Quality Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct phone conversations with members, ensuring they feel at ease while providing the necessary information to update their records.

• Strive to resolve and update all essential information during a single interactive call with the member.

• Identify additional member service opportunities or unresolved inquiries that require follow-up from other Credit Union partners.

• Offer referrals to branches or Contact Centre Associates for additional products or services that contribute to the member’s financial well-being.

• Execute administrative tasks, data entry, staff communication (both verbal and written), and other special sub-projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

• One year of experience in a front-line banking role or an equivalent position.

• At least one year of experience in a customer service role within the financial services sector.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Candidates must reside within a three-hour radius of Kawartha Financial Services' Regional Office in Peterborough, ON.

• New hires are required to disclose their vaccination status as a condition of employment.

• If applicable, new employees must present proof of vaccination status on or before their first day of work.
