Data Quality Analyst – Salesforce Data Steward

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the quality of Salesforce data pertaining to Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities.

• Carry out data enrichment, manual research, validation, and standardization of incoming data.

• Execute deduplication, cleansing, and large-scale data updates utilizing DemandTools and Data Loader.

• Create data quality reports and dashboards in Power BI and Salesforce.

• Uphold data governance standards while maintaining documentation and metadata.

• Ensure adherence to privacy and regulatory standards.

• Design and implement automated data-validation checks in Salesforce based on business rules.

• Identify, flag, and address records that may hinder Quote-to-Cash processes.

• Leverage AI and LLMs for tasks such as matching, classification, enrichment, and anomaly detection.

• Develop data-processing and validation pipelines using SQL/Python, along with automation solutions.

• Partner with technical and RevOps teams on integrations, workflows, and system design.

• Assess the impact of automation and broaden validation coverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce data management and data modeling.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation tasks.

• Experience in creating automated data validations and quality assurance checks.

• Ability to convert business rules into automated logic effectively.

• Previous experience applying AI/automation to data tasks, or a demonstrated willingness to learn.

• Practical experience with DemandTools or comparable data transformation/deduplication software.

• Familiarity with Power BI or the Power Platform.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.

• Proven experience in data cleansing, deduplication, and managing large datasets.

• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Understanding of Quote-to-Cash/order management processes is preferred.

• Experience with Dun & Bradstreet or other data enrichment providers is preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs/SOQL and integrations or workflow automation is preferred.

• Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms is preferred.

• Understanding of data governance frameworks and master data management concepts is preferred.

• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
