Data Product Manager, Derivatives – 12 months contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the complete lifecycle of data-centric product initiatives and campaigns for Derivatives, including futures and TradFi, from problem identification to delivery and iterative improvements post-launch.

• Examine trading and user behavior data to identify trends, quantify opportunities, and convert them into a prioritized feature roadmap.

• Create data-informed trading experiences that enhance user engagement, conversion rates, and customer retention.

• Collaborate with Engineering, UI/UX, Marketing, Compliance, and other departments to successfully execute and deliver projects.

• Establish success metrics, track product performance, and promote ongoing optimization based on data and user feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in product management, data analysis, or a closely related area, with a proven history of delivering data-driven products.

• Strong grasp of derivatives trading mechanics; experience with crypto derivatives is highly desirable.

• Excellent analytical abilities in data analysis, user insights, and business intelligence — capable of independently working with extensive datasets.

• Demonstrated capacity to convert data into actionable product decisions and measurable results.

• Outstanding communication skills and stakeholder management; experience in leading cross-functional teamwork.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to engage with international partners and stakeholders.
