
Data Management Specialist β Healthcare Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Ensure the timely, precise, and consistent creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
β’ Establish, maintain, and regularly update databases and records that support ongoing internal reports and program requirements.
β’ Oversee data quality, completeness, consistency, and integrity across relevant data systems and reporting processes.
β’ Suggest and implement operational methods to enhance data flow, collection, editing, processing, validation, and distribution.
β’ Execute data management activities that facilitate accurate and dependable reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Conduct comprehensive data analysis and validation to uncover discrepancies, trends, anomalies, and opportunities for data quality enhancement.
β’ Create and sustain data documentation, data dictionaries, reporting procedures, and other materials related to data management.
β’ Collaborate with business, technical, and program stakeholders to clarify data requirements and address data quality or reporting challenges.
β’ Assist in the development, enhancement, and upkeep of databases, data sets, dashboards, and recurring reporting products.
β’ Ensure data management practices comply with federal guidelines, organizational policies, and data governance standards.
β’ Document data processes, identify opportunities for process improvements, and support standardized data management practices.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
β’ Four (4) years of pertinent professional experience in data management, data analysis, reporting, database administration, or a similar discipline.
β’ Proven experience in managing and validating data to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity.
β’ Experience in developing, maintaining, and updating databases, data sets, or ongoing reporting systems.
β’ Proficient in analyzing data and generating accurate reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, validation, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting functions.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
β’ Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary federal public trust clearance for this position.
