This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Adhere to and execute protocols for data cleaning and updates
• Oversee and assess data integrity across various systems
• Prepare data for analytical purposes
• Enter data into databases and systems to maintain accurate records
• Confirm information with external sources, ensuring data accuracy and quality control
• Address routine issues in multi-year data collection processes
• Detect trends in data quality issues and communicate insights with colleagues
• Assist in creating data visualizations for reporting purposes
• Aid in the configuration of forms and tools for data collection
• Engage in stakeholder and team meetings
• Take part in regular project platform maintenance activities
• Generate documentation regarding processes, data collection methods, and other decision-making points
• Report to a Data Intelligence Analyst
• Relevant experience in data management and utilization
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced setting
• Capability to work across multiple programs, adjust priorities as timelines change, and proactively check in
• High level of digital proficiency using cloud-based office tools such as GSuite, CRMs, and team collaboration/communication tools
• Experience in data manipulation using R, including data coding, analysis, and table creation
• Understanding of fundamental descriptive statistics
• Experience in developing forms and online survey instruments
• Ability to quickly adopt new tools and work processes while solving problems creatively and independently
• Capacity to thrive amid competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Ability to cultivate collaborative working relationships and function as a team player with a customer service focus
