This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create scalable reporting solutions and dashboards that offer insights into cost, utilization, and network performance.
• Design and enhance data pipelines utilizing SQL, Databricks, and Tableau.
• Convert complex healthcare data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish reporting strategies that align with business objectives.
• Enhance reporting processes through automation, standardization, and performance improvements.
• Implement data quality and validation frameworks.
• Educate and support stakeholders in data interpretation and self-service analytics.
• Provide focused analyses that aid in business decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Over 4 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related domain.
• Advanced SQL skills, including the ability to execute complex queries and validate data from multiple sources.
• Experience in developing dashboards and reports with tools like Tableau.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, capable of translating data into actionable business insights.
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities and delivering outcomes in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Health Policy, or Finance (preferred).
• Experience in healthcare analytics, particularly in cost, utilization, or network performance analysis (preferred).
• Knowledge of provider reimbursement models or network analytics (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics or process automation (preferred).
• For remote work, a stable internet connection must be provided via a cable broadband or fiber optic service with speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload.
