• Build and cultivate a diverse data team to facilitate marketing and product-focused growth investments.

• Collaborate with the Growth and Marketing leadership team to establish the overall strategic direction.

• Develop insights, data products, and intelligent systems.

• Formulate the global marketing and product growth strategy.

• Ensure balanced growth across various markets and customer segments.

• Enhance measurement accuracy to refine investment decisions.

• Maintain a balance between marketing-driven and product-led growth.

• Comprehend network effects and their significance in driving growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading Data teams at the Director level or higher.

• Demonstrated success in hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing Data teams, encompassing both individual contributors and managers.

• Practical background in Data Science.

• Extensive experience in marketing measurement and experimentation.

• Proficient in selecting methods to inform investment and growth decisions.

• Experience in leading goal-setting initiatives across a company or division.

• Ability to define metrics and targets collaboratively with the Finance team.

• Skill in transforming complex business challenges into technical solutions and actionable insights.

• Capability to influence senior stakeholders, including Executive Committee and C-level executives.

• Comfort with ambiguity, utilizing data to challenge assumptions, navigate trade-offs, and enhance decision-making.
