Customer Growth Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee incoming inquiries from small charities, comprehending their fundraising objectives and guiding them through the sales journey from initial discovery to final closure.

• Assist new clients during the onboarding process, ensuring they are set up on the Enthuse platform and feel confident in utilizing it.

• Cultivate robust customer relationships by managing retention discussions, addressing queries, and identifying opportunities to enhance engagement with products and services.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to provide feedback, maximize opportunities, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Proven experience in a sales, account management, or customer-facing position.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting customer onboarding, retention, or account growth initiatives.

• Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) products or other subscription-based offerings.

• Understanding of the charity, fundraising, or not-for-profit sector.

• Highly organized, inquisitive, and driven by achieving results.

• Proficient in relationship building, developing sales skills, and understanding customer objectives.

• Must be able to work from the United Kingdom.
