Data Curation Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Investigate issues related to search functionality and determine the most appropriate solutions in line with established workflows and policies.

• Examine and rectify extensive datasets while thoroughly documenting any discrepancies.

• Raise issues with the appropriate internal teams as necessary.

• Conduct in-depth analyses and identify root causes of problems.

• Collect and structure data to support the engineering team's efforts.

• Utilize mapping tools accurately, adhering to specified guidelines.

• Employ Google Suite applications such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Meet, and Calendar effectively.

• Uphold high standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity in all tasks.

• Work collaboratively with multiple teams to curate and sustain places datasets that are vital for operational and strategic decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or above.

• Capacity to execute repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of concentration and attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of traffic regulations and principles of mapping.

• Demonstrated experience in customer service with a strong history of providing excellent customer experiences.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to facilitate enhancements that elevate the customer experience.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Ukrainian.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders, accepting feedback and guidance, while contributing to collective objectives.

• Proficiency in using Google Workspace products and a willingness to learn new processes, systems, and tools.
