Data Centre Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead strategic talent acquisition efforts across various multidisciplinary sectors.

• Identify both external and internal talent pipelines.

• Encourage internal mobility and facilitate employee referrals.

• Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the complete recruitment process.

• Conduct structured behavioral interviews.

• Ensure adherence to compliance and effective utilization of applicant tracking systems.

• Support bidding processes through proactive talent pipelining.

• Leverage data insights to achieve targets and hiring key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Recruit candidates for Technology and Manufacturing teams, as well as data center clients in the United States.

• Oversee the entire recruiting lifecycle, including identifying, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

• Build essential working relationships and gain insights into hiring needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in construction recruitment within Data Centres or Technology & Manufacturing sectors.

• Background in consultancy, main contractor, or owner-representative environments.

• Expertise in talent acquisition, including screening, interviewing, and offer management.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.

• Subject matter expertise aligned with the sector.

• Strong professional networking abilities.

• Credibility with senior management stakeholders.

• Experience in recruiting for the United States market.

• Familiarity with necessary US visa requirements.

• Capability to work during US Eastern Hours, specifically from 1 PM to 9 PM UK time.
