This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of delivery plans for analytics projects, enhancements, recurring reporting, and ad hoc client requests within the assigned POD.
β’ Convert business challenges into analytical requirements, outline project scope, estimate effort, synchronize timelines, and manage dependencies among analytics, Tech, Operations, POD, and program teams.
β’ Conduct data profiling, validation, reconciliation, metric interpretation, issue diagnosis, and quality assessment prior to release.
β’ Monitor deliverables from intake through development, validation, deployment, stabilization, and post-release monitoring.
β’ Recognize delivery risks, escalate obstacles, and facilitate resolutions through structured follow-ups and action logs.
β’ Ensure outputs are accurate, audit-ready, documented, and accessible to business, program, and client-facing teams.
β’ Oversee POD and program health utilizing delivery, quality, backlog, automation, revenue, and operational KPIs.
β’ Prepare regular KPI reviews that include status, risks, root causes, corrective actions, owners, and due dates.
β’ Analyze metric changes and devise action plans to enhance performance.
β’ Compile project status, savings/revenue performance, operational throughput, and client commitments for program governance.
β’ Develop executive-ready summaries and PowerPoint narratives detailing metric changes, delivery risks, and business impacts.
β’ Monitor forecast against actual revenue or savings contributions from analytics initiatives.
β’ Prioritize tasks based on business value, revenue impact, client commitments, compliance requirements, and feasibility.
β’ Identify revenue leakage, underperformance, stalled initiatives, delayed implementation, and dependency risks.
β’ Create business cases for analytics initiatives, automation opportunities, and improvements in value realization.
β’ Act as the POD's primary contact, coordinating program, technical, validation, operations, and client-facing teams.
β’ Facilitate project discussions, maintain work plans, track action items, establish ownership, and follow up to ensure closure.
β’ Report status through delivery trackers, issue logs, KPI dashboards, Excel summaries, PowerPoint updates, and leadership readouts.
β’ Represent the Analytics team in cross-functional forums.
β’ Apply SQL, Python, Databricks, statistics, Excel, PowerPoint, ML, and LLM concepts for analytics execution and business problem resolution.
β’ Structure ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, validate with data, offer recommendations, and translate intricate analytics into business messages.
β’ Bachelor's Degree.
β’ Over 10 years of experience managing analytics delivery, program analytics, client delivery, KPI governance, or similar hands-on analytical roles.
β’ More than 7 years of experience in data profiling, joins, reconciliations, validation, trend analysis, business-rule testing, and performance-aware querying.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in data wrangling, automation, exploratory analysis, QA checks, reusable scripts, and productivity enhancements.
β’ 2 to 3 years of experience in notebook-based analysis, data exploration, validation, collaborative code review, and scalable analytics workflows.
β’ More than 8 years of experience with complex formulas, pivots, QA trackers, KPI packs, reconciliations, and stakeholder-ready analysis views.
β’ Over 5 years of experience creating executive summaries, KPI narratives, revenue readouts, client-ready presentations, and business recommendations.
β’ More than 5 years of experience in trend interpretation, sampling logic, variance analysis, outlier detection, opportunity sizing, and decision support.
β’ Over 5 years of experience with POD scorecards, program health dashboards, delivery metrics, corrective actions, and operating cadence.
β’ More than 5 years of experience managing work plans, action logs, dependency tracking, risk management, release coordination, and stakeholder follow-up.
β’ Basic practical knowledge of ML/LLM.
β’ Preferred hands-on experience managing analytics delivery for healthcare, payment integrity, claims operations, audit analytics, risk analytics, finance analytics, or operational analytics programs.
β’ Preferred experience managing a complex client or two to three smaller clients while balancing BAU production, enhancements, strategic projects, and revenue priorities.
β’ Preferred background in consulting, advisory roles, transformation, or client-facing analytics delivery.
β’ Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with distributed teams across both onshore and offshore locations.
β’ Experience creating KPI packs, program scorecards, operational dashboards, revenue summaries, executive updates, and business case materials.
β’ Exposure to AI, ML, GenAI, or LLM-enabled analytics solutions, productivity tools, or automation initiatives.
β’ Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on with data validation, analytical review, and issue diagnosis.
β’ Base salary range of $93,900β$154,200.
