Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Accurately complete corporate registrations for suppliers and customers while adhering to deadlines.

• Suggest enhancements and innovative solutions for the supplier registration process.

• Oversee the testing and acceptance of new implementations.

• Ensure the validation of functional specifications.

• Identify and enhance critical products within the department to promote efficiency and quality.

• Conduct thorough analyses of the supplier database.

• Guarantee the precise replication of data between the MDG and S/4HANA platforms.

• Ensure the operational functionality of systems that support the registration workflow.

• Correctly route tickets that have been submitted incorrectly.

• Assist customers with inquiries and information related to registration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree is preferred.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Availability to work Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Willingness to work on Saturdays, if required.

• Knowledge and experience in corporate supplier and customer registrations.

• Experience in testing and accepting new implementations.

• Proficiency in validating functional specifications.

• Experience with supplier database analysis.

• Familiarity with the MDG and S/4HANA platforms.
