Data Access Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for potential clients during the data access and integration stage of the sales process.

• Collaborate closely with Revenue and Analyst teams to manage platform access before and during marketing audits.

• Oversee the onboarding environments for prospective clients.

• Develop and update the library of Access & Integration resources.

• Continuously refresh internal documentation as the platform access procedures evolve.

• Utilize AI technologies to improve and streamline Access & Integration processes.

• Leverage Power Digital's nova ecosystem in relation to the department's functions.

• Monitor Access Request Velocity, First-Touch Completeness Rate, and Integration Completion Rate.

• Meet key performance indicators, including completing integrations and ensuring the success of Access & Integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.

• Experience in guiding clients or customers through onboarding and delivering effective training sessions.

• Background in resolving customer issues, preferably within a technical or software-related field.

• Knowledge of analytics tools for customer data analysis and reporting.

• Experience with Google Sheets for administrative responsibilities.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, similar CRMs, Klaviyo, similar ESPs, Shopify, and related CDPs is advantageous.

• Understanding of marketing and financial KPIs is a plus.
