Data Access Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for potential clients throughout the data access and integration stage of the sales process

• Collaborate with Revenue and Analyst teams to facilitate platform access for marketing evaluations

• Oversee the onboarding environments for prospective clients

• Continuously update and enhance Access & Integration resources

• Revise internal documentation in response to changes in platform access procedures

• Leverage AI technologies to improve and streamline Access & Integration workflows

• Utilize Power Digital's nova ecosystem for departmental tasks

• Monitor access request speed, initial touchpoint completion rate, and integration success rate

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential

• Experience in guiding clients or customers through onboarding processes and delivering effective training sessions

• Proven experience in addressing and resolving customer concerns, preferably in a technical or software-related environment

• Knowledge of analytics tools for analyzing customer data and generating reports

• Proficient in using Google Sheets for administrative tasks

• Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Shopify, and similar tools is advantageous

• Understanding of marketing and financial KPIs is a plus
