Data Access Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for potential clients during the data access and integration stage of the sales process.

• Collaborate with Revenue and Analyst teams to facilitate platform access for marketing audits.

• Oversee the onboarding environments for prospective clients.

• Develop and enhance Access & Integration documentation.

• Revise internal documentation as the platform access procedures evolve.

• Utilize AI technologies to improve and streamline Access & Integration workflows.

• Utilize Power Digital's nova ecosystem for departmental initiatives.

• Monitor access request speed, first-touch completeness rate, and integration completion rate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong command of spoken and written English is essential.

• Proven experience in guiding clients through onboarding processes and delivering effective training sessions.

• Background in resolving customer issues, preferably in a technical or software-related environment.

• Knowledge of analytics tools for customer data evaluation and reporting.

• Proficient in using Google Sheets for administrative functions.

• Familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar is advantageous.

• Understanding of marketing and financial KPIs is a plus.
