Damper Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct inspections and drop testing of fire dampers.

• Clean commercial kitchen extraction systems adhering to TR19 Grease standards.

• Execute ventilation cleaning tasks.

• Detect and report any defects.

• Ensure all tasks are performed safely and to a high professional standard.

• Team Leader: oversee the team on site, manage productivity, uphold health and safety, and produce accurate reports with photographic documentation.

• Engineer: collaborate with the Team Leader to provide high-quality services at various customer locations.

• Work across both day and night shifts, including 10-hour days with travel involved.

• Provide support for schools, hospitals, care homes, and major facilities across the UK.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in ventilation hygiene, fire damper testing, or ductwork cleaning is advantageous.

• Possession of a full UK driving licence.

• Valid CSCS card is required.

• Capability to pass an Enhanced DBS check.

• A practical, can-do attitude is essential.

• Good physical fitness is necessary.

• Willingness to work both day and night shifts.

• Team Leader candidates must demonstrate the ability to lead teams on site, manage productivity, maintain health and safety, and produce accurate photographic reports.
